I sooooooooo envy you this trip! The biggest thing in Northern Arizona I can recommend of course is the GC. You will be visiting there won't you? I finally made it out there some years ago and I have to tell you that I got checked into my cabin right before sundown and ran to the rim. I do not remember ever being so in awe of something I have seen pictures of for all of my life - truly breathtaking!
If you have the time when in northern New Mexico you might consider Bandelier National Monument if you haven't already.
